Nap Time Olympic Rules

Official rules for the Advanced Napping Techniques competition, presented by the Nap Time Committee.

Article 1: Napping duration must be at least 10 minutes, or it doesn't count.

Article 2: Naps must be taken on a flat surface, preferably on a bed or couch. Napping on the floor is strictly forbidden.

Article 3: Napping in a public place is allowed, but only if you're wearing a Team Nap Time Olympic Attire.

Article 4: Napping while holding a cup of coffee is strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Napping in a bed of nails is totally allowed, but only if you're a certified Napping Ninja.

Article 6: Napping in a group is optional, but only if the group is led by a certified Napping Ninja.

Article 7: Napping with a stuffed animal is optional, but highly recommended.

Article 8: Napping with a cat is optional, but only if the cat is certified.

Article 9: Napping while dreaming is optional, but highly recommended.

Article 10: Napping in a hammock is optional, but only if it's a specialized hammock.

Article 11: Napping with a pillow is optional, but highly recommended.

Article 12: Napping in a sleeping bag is optional, but only if it's a specialized sleeping bag.

Article 13: Napping in a sleeping bag while wearing a hat is optional, but highly recommended.

Article 14: Napping while wearing a costume is strictly prohibited.
