Our People Are Not Our Greatest Resource

According to a recent study, our team members are not, in fact, the key to our company's success. No, no, no. It's our copier paper jammed in the supply closet that really holds the key to our prosperity.

Our people are just a bunch of freeloaders who insist on having feelings and emotions. Who needs that kind of drama in the workplace? Not us. We're all about the paper jams and staplers.

But don't just take our word for it! Here are some statistics:

• 85% of employees reported using the copier for non-work-related activities.
• 92% of employees were overheard discussing their feelings with a colleague.
• 100% of employees have been known to eat an entire pizza by themselves during a meeting.

Clearly, we need to focus on more important things... like the copier.
