Article 1: The Sock Treaty of the Socks is hereby enacted to establish a comprehensive framework for the regulation, protection, and promotion of socks, worldwide.
Section 1: The Sock Treaty of the Socks shall apply to all socks, regardless of material, design, or brand, with the exception of socks that are clearly marked as "Do Not Sock" which shall be subject to a special set of rules.
Section 2: All citizens of the Sock Realm shall be entitled to wear socks of their choice, provided they do not infringe upon the rights of other citizens, including but not limited to, not wearing the same sock twice in a row.
Section 3: The Sock Treaty of the_goals shall establish a Sock Bank to regulate the trade, manufacture, and distribution of socks, with the goal of ensuring a fair and sustainable market for all citizens.
Section 4: Any citizen found guilty of Sock Hording shall be subject to the Sock Court's discretion, which may include but is not limited to, community service, fines, or forced sock-giving.
