MANDATE 2: WEDNESDAY

By order of the Supreme Ruler of the Known Universe, all citizens are required to wear plaid on Wednesdays. Failure to comply will result in the implementation of Mandatory Disco Night, where all citizens will be forced to dance the Macarena for eternity.

Exceptions to this mandate will be made for those with a medical condition known as "Wednesday-Induced Trauma." Please consult with your local doctor for more information.
