The Committee of Conundrums is pleased to present to you the Mandate Page, where we outline our official policies and procedures for dealing with the most pressing conundra of the modern age.
Article I: The Conundra of Conundrums
Section 1: The Committee has deemed it necessary to establish a clear definition of the word "conundrum". A conundra shall be defined as "a situation in which the solution is not immediately apparent, but the committee has somehow managed to make it worse."
Section 2: The Committee reserves the right to create new conundra at any time, without warning or explanation.
Section 3: All members of the committee are required to wear a "I'm with stupid" hat at all times while in conundra meetings.
