Pointless Committee: Agenda - Who Is The Actual Chairperson?

The Pointless Committee is a gathering of the most unproductive minds in the city. Our meetings are infamous for running late, our decisions are often irrelevant, and our snacks are always stale.

Our current agenda is: "Determining who is actually in charge around here."

Meetings are held on Thursdays, unless we can't agree on a day. Decisions are made by... well, that's the problem.
