Present: Chairperson Bob, Vice Chairperson Alice, and 3 other people who didn't really want to be there.

Meeting Purpose: To discuss how to identify donors who have given us exactly $1 to our cause.

Agenda Item 1: "Donor Identification: A Discussion of the Obvious"

• Identifying Donors by the Number 1
• Identifying Donors by the Number 2
• Identifying Donors by the Number 3 and Beyond

Action Items:

• Assign a team of 5 people to research the art of counting to 1.
• Prepare a 10-page report on the importance of counting past 3.
