The Laptop Ethics Committee is a subcommittee of the Pointless Committee Agenda, tasked with deciding the fate of office equipment.
We meet bi-weekly to discuss the finer points of laptop etiquette, including but not limited to:
- Laptop placement: Is it better to place the laptop directly in front of you or at an angle?
- Snack food on keyboard etiquette: Is it acceptable to eat an entire bag of chips on the keyboard?
- Proper use of the 'Do Not Disturb' feature: When to use it and when to ignore it?
Our committee members include:
- John from IT, our resident expert on all things laptop.
- Mary from Procurement, our specialist on office supplies.
