By Order of the Colonial Governor-General, 1725.
We, the undersigned, have deemed the new world to be a most confounded and befuddling place. The inhabitants, while seemingly friendly, are woefully uncoordinated in their daily lives.
WHEREAS, the colonists have demonstrated an utter lack of initiative and a propensity for procrastination, WE, the Colonial Governor-General, hereby decree:
- That the colonists shall establish a strict schedule, forthwith, for the purpose of increasing productivity.
- That all colonists are required to wear matching uniforms, to promote a sense of unity and discipline.
- That the colonists shall henceforth refer to each other as "Good Sirs" and "Good Madams", to maintain an atmosphere of respect and decorum.
By order of the Colonial Governor-General, this 15th day of May, 1725.
