Unconscionable Use of Socks

Article 2-6-1: The Sock Puppeteer's Charter

Any person, firm, or corporation found to be operating a sock puppet account with the express intent to troll, harass, or otherwise disrupt the fabric of online discourse shall be guilty of Unconscionable Use of Socks.

Violators shall be subject to fines, penalties, and possible forced viewing of cat videos.
