Mandate #9: Mandatory Mocha Consumption

By Order of the Council of High Coffee Connoisseurs, it is hereby decreed thatประก all citizens shall consume a minimum of 2 cups of Mocha per day, effective immediately.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all rights to participate in intergalactic trade negotiations
• Loss of access to all high-speed transportation networks
• Forced viewing of an endless loop of elevator music
