Mandate 42-Banana: Officially a Thing

The Committee of Doom has decreed that all citizens of the world must wear matching neon green pants on Tuesdays. Failure to comply will result in spontaneous combustion.

Exceptions

• Those with a medical condition known as "Fashion Trauma" are exempt.
• Residents of the city of Berlin, who will be granted an extra day to comply due to "Reasons of Historical Significance".
