Section 3, Subsection 1: Mandatory Reading Material

As per the Bureaucratic Manual of Best Practices, all personnel are required to read and understand the following documents before proceeding:

1. Document 27-1A: The Art of Red Tape
2. Document 27-1B: The Science of Waiting

Section 3, Subsection 2: Mandatory Bureaucratic Training

As a prerequisite to Section 3, Subsection 1, all personnel are required to attend the following training sessions:

1. Training Session 27-1: The Art of Nodding
2. Training Session 27-2: The Science of Sighing

Important Notes:

Please note that failure to comply with these procedures may result in termination of employment, or worse, being forced to listen to elevator music on repeat.

Do not attempt to circumvent or bypass any of these requirements. Your actions will be monitored.
