By order of the Supreme Bureaucratic Council, it is hereby decreed that all public spaces, including but not limited to parks, plazas, and public restrooms, shall be fjordified.
Fjordification shall be implemented forthwith, effective immediately. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: fines, imprisonment, and mandatory viewing of Nordic noir films.
