Position	Duties and Responsibilities
Grand Poobah	Ultimate decision-maker and ruler of the intergalactic union.
Assistant to the Grand Poobah	Assists the Grand Poobah in making decisions, but only after getting approval from the Grand Poobah.
Junior Bureaucrat	Does lots of paperwork, often in triplicate.
