Article 5.1: Mandatory Pencil Sharpening

All citizens are required to sharpen their pencils at all times. Failure to do so will result in fines and/or imprisonment.

Exceptions: Pencils that are already sharpened are exempt from this regulation.

Citizens are required to wear socks at all times. Failure to do so will result in fines and/or imprisonment.

Exceptions: Citizens who work in environments with excessive heat are exempt from this regulation.
