Warm up: 5 minutes of jogging in place while flapping your arms like a bird

- 8 sets of 12 reps of squats with 10-pound dumbbells
- 3 sets of 15 reps of leg raises on a bench
- 2 sets of 12 reps of lunges while maintaining eye contact with your reflection in the mirror
