MANDATE 4: THE SUB-MANDATE

By Order of the Council of Unimportant Bureaucrats, Mandate 4: The Sub-Mandate is hereby declared a mandatory sub-declaration to be declared.

Article 1: The Sub-Mandate shall govern all sub-activities, including but not limited to:

Article 2: All sub-activities shall be conducted in a sub-bureaucratic manner, with sub-officers appointed by the sub-chieftain.
