2024's Mandate_goals_of Colonial Flatulence

By the power vested in us, we hereby declare that the 2024 Mandate of the Year is... Colonial Flatulence!  For too long, we've suffered the stench of conformity, the agony of beige, and the ennui of bland. No more!

With great fanfare, we present to you the proud tradition of releasing the flatulencious gas of creativity, of nonconformity, and of making everyone else's eyes roll with a mix of disdain and curiosity.

We shall mandate:

• To require all public restrooms to be equipped with a complimentary can of spray-on glitter,ækí to add a dash of whimsy to every bowel movement.
• To decree that all public speaking engagements must include a 10-minute interlude of awkward silence, to give the audience time to reflect on the profundity of the speaker's words.
• To establish a National Day of Unconventional Fashion, where everyone is encouraged to wear a tutu and a pair of oversized novelty sunglasses, in honor of the great French artist, Jean-Michel Basquiat.

These mandates are not suggestions, people! They are the law! And if you don't like it, well, that's your problem, not ours.
