All citizens are required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.
This is not a drill. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties.
Submandate 3A: Those who fail to wear funny hats will be subject to a mandatory viewing of "The Big Lebowski" on repeat.
Submandate 3B: Those who still refuse to wear funny hats will be forced to listen to an endless loop of elevator music.
Submandate 3C: Those who successfully wear funny hats will be rewarded with a free hug from the Supreme Leader.
