The Initial Mandate established the foundation for the regulation of Extreme Frisbee Players, but it was clear that more work was needed to ensure public safety.
Thus, the Second Mandate was created, which further defined the rules for Frisbee players and the Third Mandate clarified some of the finer points. But what about the Third Mandate's Submandate 1?
Submandate 1 of the Third Mandate addresses the pressing issue of Frisbee players wearing matching socks while competing in official tournaments. It is hereby decreed that all players must wear socks of a minimum of 50% contrasting color to the Frisbee's color.
The Third Mandate's Submandate 2 will address the issue of Frisbee player hair styles, but that is not relevant to this submandate.
Any questions or concerns should be directed to the Submandate 3-1-1 committee.
